  1. What is the national anthem of the U.S.?

  2. What are the U.S. federal government holidays?
    The federal holidays are:

    New Year's Day (Jan. 1)
    Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday (third Monday in January)
    George Washington's Birthday (third Monday in February)
    Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
    Independence Day (July 4)
    Labor Day (first Monday in September)
    Columbus Day (second Monday in October)
    Veterans Day (Nov. 11)
    Thanksgiving Day (fourth Thursday in November)
    Christmas Day (Dec. 25).

  3. When and what is Halloween Day?
    Halloween day is October 31st. On Halloween Day (the evening before All Saints or All Hallows Day), American children dress up in funny or scary costumes and go "trick or treating" knocking on doors in their neighborhood. The neighbors are expected to respond by giving them small gifts of candy. Adults may also dress in costume for Halloween parties. Source: National Celebrations.

    Valentine's day is February 14th. On Valentine's Day, (named after an early Christian martyr), Americans give presents, usually candy or flowers, to the ones they love.
